Introduction

Clicki, Inc. (“Clicki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Opt-In / Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information you provide when you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS/text messages through our referral-program messaging service (the “Program”) and, more broadly, when you interact with Clicki’s products and website. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM), and all other applicable U.S. privacy laws and CTIA guidelines.

Important: Opting in to SMS messages is strictly optional and not a condition of purchasing, using, or continuing to use any Clicki product or service. You may enjoy full access to the Clicki platform even if you choose not to receive text messages.

We do not use your mobile number for unrelated marketing or share it with unaffiliated marketers.

  • Message Frequency – Varies by your activity (typically 1–4 messages per referral event).

  • Carrier Rates – Message and data rates may apply per your plan.

  • Opt-Out – Reply STOP at any time to cease all messages. We will send a single confirmation of your opt-out.

  • Help – Reply HELP or email growth@clicki.io for assistance.

If you later re-enroll, the above terms will apply anew.

5. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, role-based access, PCI-compliant payment processors, etc.). No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure; you acknowledge this residual risk.

6. Data Retention

We keep Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or to satisfy legal obligations. When no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed to adults 18 +. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Please contact us if you believe a minor has provided us information so we can remove it.

  • Withdraw Consent – You may withdraw SMS consent at any time without affecting your regular use of our platform.

  • California & Other State Rights – If you reside in a state with enhanced privacy rights (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to request deletion, portability, or restriction of processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date” at the top and, where materially different, notify users via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
